And that is pretty much Kierkegaard's Christianity! I wish Christians would read him

Why not just admit, none of this stuff makes the least bit of sense, but the God I believe in is all-powerful, so it doesn't matter! They would have so much more credibility this way, rather than building things like this insane Creationsim museum!

I never say the Lord works in mysterious ways. When I dont completely understand something I either think I dont know the big picture behind the actions, just like many little children dont understand why they cant cross the street by themselves or cook their own dinner or stay up till midnight. Or I think that I dont know the technology behind what the lord did but hopefully one day I will.
Noone knows how everything works. I am on a computer right now and couldnt for the life of me tell you how it really works. If someone asked me how in the world can you communicate with millions of people in a matter of seconds I might give an answer like its a mystery to me. It isnt saying that it makes no sense. It is saying that I am not arrogant enough to presume to know everything.

No. this is saying that the optimal imagining of guy won't be able to start to realize the ideas and techniques of God.. we frequently don't understand why or how He does a situation.. for this reason we are living by using faith.. believing in God, whose promise is genuine,. who's waiting to do abundantly extra advantageous than we are able to ask or ever think of.. accepting His be conscious as reality, and at an analogous time as we would possibly no longer yet see what we've self assurance, understanding that this is finished.. and from years of adventure i understand this to be genuine.. I even have seen the artwork of God in my existence and interior the lives of my pals and relatives who're additionally believers.

There are many little statements used to avoid facing the truth when it is in direct conflict with mainstream christian beliefs....." The Lord works in mysterious ways." is definitely one of them.
I actually believe the Bible and strive to wake people to the fact that today's Christian religion is far from truly understanding the Bible. I get the same responses an athiest would get when offering proof someone's doctrine is false.

Absolutely Not.
"The Lord works in mysterious ways",
is a pretty way of saying,
"I'm in denial that my religion makes no sense".
I hope this clears up the confusion....

Not really. It's a heck of a lot easier than trying to explain something that can be quite complex at an inappropriate time. Would you try to explain the theory of relativity to a 3 year old? People need to have answers that they can understand, sometimes no one can understand God, at other times it may be really obvious to everyone else but it may be unexplainable to the one in the situation. It can be admitting to a lack of knowledge in a particular area by the believer but it's similar to an Atheist saying that science hasn't found the answer yet or whatever.

That's why I try to never use that cliche'. I am totally willing to say that I don't know an answer.
Christians who regularly resort to that are weak-minded, having no scriptural basis for their faith. Most of the "mysterious" things have logical enough explanations that people are too lazy to figure out.
There are some things that we simply cannot understand, but we owe it to God to try.

I take it as meaning....I don't know my bible well enough or your argument makes sense to me but you must be wrong because it goes against my belief and I can't explain.
God doesn't work in mysterious ways all he actions are full explained in the bible , Just sometimes you need to study a little harder to understand.
