Is Baileys Irish Cream made of real cream? Do I need to refrigerate it? How soon after opening should I discard? If I do not finish a bottle, will it go bad like a cream product?

No it does not contain real cream. It's called cream because the stuff it's made from makes the consistancy is creamy but you dont have to fridge it and yes it will be good for months after you open it.

I have two favorite drinks I make with Baileys. 1st- Usually called a Buttery Nipple or Copper Camel. Shot glass 1 Oz Baileys 1 Oz Buttershots (Dekyuper makes my fav.) AKA Butterscotch Schnapps. I layer the Baileys on the Buttershots, you can do this by pouring down the side of the glass tilted slightly, or over a spoon held against the inside of the glass. 2nd- Screaming Orgasm 1 Oz Baileys 1 Oz Kahlua 1 Oz Amaretto 1 Oz Vodka and 4 Oz Half and Half Shake well Serve over ice Pint Glass

It lasts a good long time. You can refrigerate it; I prefer to. There is not real cream in there. It does seem to separate after a while but there is never any loss in quality as far as I can tell.

You dont need to keep it refrigerated unless you've made it yourself. It will last forever. Speaking of which, who has the recipe for baileys using cream, condensed milk and whiskey.

I used to have a bottle of that, i used as a sweetener for my espresso rather than using sugar. I kept mine on the table at room temp. It does not go bad. I had that one bottle for about 5 months..
