I've tried programs and registry edits like this one: http://www.intelliadmin.com/blog/2006/12/disable-windows-hotkeys.html
nothing seems to work! I've restarted the computer after i did the little NoWinKeys=1 thing, STILL didn't work, im running windows xp media center edition, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but it still won't work!

1. Use the 'Remapkey" utility to remap the key to another key that serves no function, like "F12". The only place I know of to download it safely is from the Microsoft website, in a pack of other tools that may be useless to you.

2. Use the Registry entries from this page, then reboot your computer.

MemOptimizer can recover memory, suspend or resume it's automated jobs and show the manager window at the press of a key combination.

You can enable or disable each hotkey using the Enable/Disable button.

To change a hotkey key combination select the action you wish to modify and press the Edit button. You may then press the key combination you wish to use. Note that for safety reasons, the key combination must include CTRL and ALT.
