They can't. There illegal!!! They have no I.D's, birth certificates or ssn cards. And! don't even try to say they have fake info because the government would not allow 20 million people to have fake info. Plus, Mexicans were here first before John Smith and his posse came up and snatched our land. Ok. Mexicans were here with the indians.

If you are in the United States Illegally then stay put we will find and deport you. I suggest getting out now while the getting is good, OR seeing a immigration lawyer to immigrate legally before you are caught.

As for your other rant. Northern Mexico was purchased from Spain. Then one day Mexico's General Santa Anna figured he didn't like that idea so he tried to take it back. You heard of the Alamo and General Sam Houston right. If not 200 Texans (OF ALL NATIONALITIES AND RACES) died for Texas. Then General Sam got mad and whipped the Mexcan army and forced General Santa Anna to give Texas its independence.

So youngster.... We didn't take land from Mexico we bought it from Spain. Then we kicked Butt and created a better country called TEXAS... We were then fortunate enough to have a big brother called the United States that we joined later.

Well I live in Monterey Park, Calif with a house full of chinese people. When they come here they go to the city hall. There's a flyer written in chinese & english that tells them where to go for help. Health care, welfare etc. They go to welfare and get benefits, I guess their excuse is they don't speak english or have any job skills.

And then they go to the Social Security office and take their older parents with them. They apply for SSi benefits cause they parents are too old or sick to work.

So my guess is the mexican people can do it too. Now I don't have anything against you, it's just I think it's wrong for someone who has never worked here and paid taxes to get these benefits.

Because they do. I wont go into detail about how hospital emergency rooms are required by law to provide medical care regardless of citizenship status or how some employers "assist" illegal workers to obtain identification. Also, heres a tip. Try researching history....the term Mexican....refers to residents of Mexico......which include many who came from Spain (which controlled Mexico before it obtained its independence)...as well as various tribes of Indians who lived there prior to the Spanish.....and a plethora of others who came and resided there from other countries. My point being.......the Spaniards were there long before any English (by the way......John Smith was English).

Because 90% of Gov't programs do not require proof of citizenship. You don't need an ID to get welfare. You being an illegal, should already know this.

The "Mexicans" that were here with the indians still have LEGAL ancestors here. There wasn't 20 million people coming accross our borders 200 years ago. You have a problem, then maybe you should jump the next time machine and go take care of it.

And for the record, I have fake documents. They cost me $99 in Mission Viejo, CA. I got them from a Hispanic guy. You put too much faith in the Gov't. How are they going to keep you from getting fake papers and at the same time, keep our economy from a downward spiral at the hands of 20 million illegals with no ID?

I am against illegal immigration. In fact, we need to gather them up and send them back. That said, the implication that illegals automatically get welfare is erroneous. Yes, there are places that they are eligible for and get state and local benefits. But to get Federal benefits, you must be here legally. The reason that some illegals get Federal benefits is that they receive them for native born relatives and not themselves.

Sorry, but, when a person goes to a hospital and receives medical care of any kind, funds come from our social tax system that they have not paid into. This takes money from US citizen taxes that are paid for for our medicare system no to finance someone who does not pay into it and has broken the law.

The United States is a nation and has defined borders. Longevity on the continent is immaterial. The illegals are parasites. They are causing crime to increase, flooding the school system with their spawn and clogging emergency rooms with their pestilence. The nonsense about being here first doesn't mean a damn. I know they get them..I see them every day,,there is also a small post office on the border with Mexico in Arizona that has the most welfare checks delivered to any one post office in the entire country..EVERY box gets a check..it was on 60 minutes...they walk over and pick up the check every month..sad..
