How do you like it cut and cooked?

(For example, my favorite animal is a cow's calf (veal), and my favorite cut of it is a thick loin chop, sauteed in butter to medium-rare.)

Good question... Duck is our absolute favorite; we like it roasted crispy on the outside but still pink inside. We have one every Sunday.

Chicken. Breast. I like it battered and fried, and then cut up in chunks for a Crispy Chicken Salad. Or marinated and baked and then served in an Oriental Chicken Salad, with mandarin oranges. Chicken tenders (battered) served with hush puppies is also mighty tasty.
