I am in my 20's, and I am on a work out plan with my guy- he is very serious about getting healthy and I know at the rate we are going, ( NO fast food, no sodas... gym 3-4 days a week for 90min, using the parking spot far away, taking stairs..)
I will lose a lot of weight.

Will my breasts sag?

If so, should I bind them untill I am my ideal weight?

What you should do is, when you're at the gym, do some exercises for your pectoral muscles, like dumbell flies, incline presses and butterflies. That will build up the underlying muscles. Depending on how much weight you have to lose, you shouldn't sag too much at your age because your skin will snap back, but this is the time to do it, don't wait until you're older. Also, you should both check out www.weightwatchers.com to make sure you are doing things right, and in a way that you can keep up.
