in your opinion what is the best Linux for games movies and music

As good as the platform is.
Linux and games simply are not made for each other.

hm. This is open to a lot of opinion.
Music isn't really a problem, nor is movies. Those things are easily handled by the community code.

Fedora, Ubuntu etc. can handle those just fine.

The ugly word here is "games." You might be all set on a linux box with an NVidia card in it, as there are often drivers for those. Stay away from ATI on linux when gaming. Often, ATI cards have to use generic drivers that won't get the performance you want.
Softwarewise, a LOT of game titles do not run on Linux. So, good luck with that.

I'm not putting linux down. I prefer my linux box to my windows box... but when it comes to games, the big M beats linux.

Altho I rarely recommend Red Hat (Fedora) I would have to say that it does have the most "toys" and is probably the best for games and music.
