Hey everyone. so yeah im 22, 100-105 lbs, and about 5'4. I've always had a fast metabolism. Don't get me wrong, i eat. I hate it when people tell me im skinny and such...is it because they mean it or they are jealous? Who knows. Anyways, Just wondering if this is too underweight? I feel healthy, i just want to LOOK a little healthier. I think a good weight would be 110. NO matter what I do, i feel like I can't gain any real weight and if I do i lose it the next day/week.. The only way I feel like I can gain weight is eating tons of junk food which then gives me a fatty stomach (which is not sexy for a skinny girl like me) , SO WhAT CAN I DO??! Thanks.

Lift some weights. Start with doing pushups, then try hanging from gym bars (like on kids' playgrounds) and trying to lift your own weight. Make it hard. Your muscles will round out a little and you'll look better and feel stronger. Also, drink some protein drinks to support your muscle growth. Some muscle looks sexy on a woman, and you won't gain too much (that's nearly impossible without drugs).

Don't stress out about it. I can almost guarantee that you will put on some weight as you get older. I weighed 96 lbs when I was 23, and that was after having a baby. Over time, my metabolism slowed down and I gained weight. Now I have the opposite problem - probably because I continued to eat the way I always had, but I wasn't burning the calories as quickly as I used to.
You're ok...I promise!!
