can the deceased contact you through a dream?

when i was 15 i had a dream of a silhouette that was holding me down and when he let me go i still couldnt move but i some how picked myself out of the the bed and started yelling "uncle johnny i know your here" over and over and when i woke up i couldnt move at all and i actually had to pull myself out of bed. the thing is growing up i never really knew the guy and after he died i had moved into the house he lived in and actually used to sleep in the room he died in and when i had the dream i was oblivious to the fact that it was the aniversary of his death

i am telling the 100% truth years later i am still trying to figure it out

I dream about deceased people alot but I didn't know that maybe they are trying to contact me. I've always wondered this myself. I dream about my deceased grandma alot. Usually we are just talking in the dream and just hanging out. Sometimes I also dream about deceased people that I wasn't close to and just knew of. That, I don't understand what that could mean.

This doesn't have to do with people but I once dreamt that my old dog whom I was really close too came to me in a dream. And when I woke up I saw her running out of my room like she used too. So I do believe the dead can contact through dreams, but it doesn't have to be human.

Yes, I believe this is possible. My father committed suicide in 1984, 5 days later came to me in a half dream state. He asked me and my husband to take care of Mother & Captain George ( my grandfather). so I believe this is very possble.

Yes i believe they can but what u are describing sounds like a nightmare instead of a dream. my dad died 7 yrs ago and he always comes to me in my dreams and talks to me about my family and my boys. when my son was 3 yrs old he was laying in his bed, and we could hear on the baby monitor he was talking to someone and asked them if they wanted to play with his cars, and the next day i was putting pictures of my dad up next to his candle we light every year on the anniversary of his death and birthday and my son said hey thats the man who came to play with me and told me to call him boompa if i wanted to. I was so shaken i cried, and told my husband my son didnt make that up especially the boompa part because my brothers kids called my dad that when they were young , and we never told my kids that. also my dad died 1 yr before we adopted our boys, and we havent really showed them pictures of my dad because we didnt want to talk about his death to him and they were still to little to believe in heaven. so i am sorry u had a bad dream about someone but it will get better and enjoy the experience with the deceased loved one. have a nice weekend and stay safe...

I believe it, I had a brother die and I believe he contacted me through dreams.
My sister's son died and she dreamt he was hugging her telling her he loved her. She woke up and could feel him hugging her.

yes they can.....
i dont claim to have psychic powers, but i have had four members of my family come to me in my dreams.
Often it is around their annaversary, but it happens most often right after they have died.
