I had this dream a few days ago. These two adults (man and a woman) tried to kidnap my little brother (he's 9) and I saw them doing it, and I ran over and grabbed my brother from them and he ran back to the house, and so did I. I was babysitting him, I yelled at my brother to lock the front door and I ran to the back door and right before I locked it, I saw the people who had attacked my brother. They tried to pull the door open and I was trying to pull it closed, but they got it open, got inside and stabbed me to death. Now, until this point I had been seeing the dream through the eyes of dream me, but then it switch to where I was watching everything, but I wasn't there. Anyway, I saw everyone dealing with the aftermath of my death. I saw my mom in court at my murder trial and I saw a newspaper talking about my death and murder. My little brother turned out to be fine in my dream, for some reason the attackers left after killing me.

You were a ghost. You love your little brother very much & would protect him with your life. Even as a ghost, you stayed because of unfinshed business, you had to be sure he was safe. You are a very special person, I hope you write this down and save it, so when you & your brother get older say in your 30s or 40s you can share this with him.

there is nothing to interpret. i'm not taking the easy answer, that IS the answer. night dreams are no different than day dreams except night dreams are much more vivid because you are not so easily distracted by noise, an itch on the arm, or the bug on the ceiling.

dreams are practically random. something comes to mind, then you just play it out. here's an example (i'll just improvise because in my opinion dreams are improvisions, they only seem unpredictable if you look at the big picture but really, they are just a bunch of "what if's" - "what if this happend?"). i'm at my grandmas house staring at the door. there's a knock and i know it's the cops, but maybe not? i look through the view and see cops. i open the door and ask "may i help you?" they ask me if they can come it. i ask again "what for?" and it'll just keep playing on, like writing a story.

in a way they DO have meaning because your imagination has roots from your own experience. like for instance, i'll start at my grandma's house because i was there most of my childhood. cops came to my door because they did that once when i tried to prank call them when i was 6. i am reluctant to trust them because i know the first thing one does is ask to see their badge to see if they are legit and not some body posing as a cop to gain trust and become vulnerable. but the meanings aren't as deep as you may think. you are just playing a story as you go.
