Evolution is based on the theory of natural selection which says that if a living thing has some trait that makes it more likely to reproduce more often, that trait will eventually become a characteristic of the species.

I can see why it confuses you though. A person evolves in life mentally, spiritually, and physically, but it's not the same effect as natural selection.

Surely you don't think that evolution acts on the individual? It acts by preserving slight beneficial modifications, which slowly work to improve a species. Your grandpa isn't suddenly going to sprout wings, you know.

(P.S. The degeneration of society has nothing to do with evolution. That is a social matter.)

Evolution is a hypothetical process of onwards-and-upwards self-improvement where all things somehow create themselves and somehow increase their complexity of their own accord.

Evolution claims, random change & natural selection make simple things spontaneously transform into more complex things without recourse to intelligent design. That’s seems contrary to ordinary experience. Things left to chance just don't get done. Random changes in anything simply do not produce higher levels of organization and complexity. Rather, all complex machines and devices with which we are familiar are the result of intelligent design and manufacture. Random changes can only destroy them.

That's a completely different topic and a stupid question...
Evolution has absolutely NOTHING to do with aging...every living thing gets old and DIES, it's called TIME. Get that through your head...and if nothing happens one day you'll look like Grandpa too :)

Populations evolve, not individuals. When a person is conceived, their evolution is complete as the genetic makeup of that person can not be changed.

Evolutionist don't think that life doesn't have a cycle. They are saying that every living thing has to adapt to their environment some do and some don't.

Oh my, look at that splinter in their eye.

When grandpa was 30 his sperm made your dad.
When your dad was 30 his sperm made you.
So how could you possibly be so young,
when you come from such old sperm?

In this decomposing world, is it rational to believe in babies?

but things ARE changing.... in evolution the changes don't happen overnight or even within a single generation

it takes time
animals will always adapt to their environment = evolution

I'm a teacher, so I tend to prescribe to the fact that no question is stupid, just misinformed.

I stand corrected.

My two year old cousin is more reasonable than this.

Perhaps you should spend a little time looking at babies too. Not everything is breaking down.
