it hasn't made an difference in my actions but it has changed my thoughts on matters and how I view things. I have a clearer understanding of the many different ways people see things.

Sometimes it amazes me how many bigoted hateful people there are out there. Sometimes I get amazed that anyone could possibly be that bitter or angry about things they usually dont have a clue about. Sometimes I dont understand why some people care if others have certain beliefs. Most of the time I just laugh.
I really really can say that I dont get people that are anti religious. I completely understand why someone would be an atheist, but when you cross the line to some of this just hateful rhetoric against people of faith, it just baffles me. It isnt just atheists, some christians are quite obnoxious, too, but I dont get if you dont believe in something why you have to make it your mission in life to bash on those that do.

It gave me an even better indication about how much anger there is out there and most of it is directed at believers. This reinforces the scriptures even more. On a lighter note, I do enjoy all the candor and openess that people share about their beliefs and lack thereof.

Yes it has.
Some of the questions by atheists have had me studying my bible to reaffirm my belief , which it has.
I have not bothered with my faith for a long time but now I am studying again and going back to bible meetings.
My wife who is non-christian loves my changed personalty as I have stopped drinking and smoking
Funny the more people try to run the bible down the more the it seems to prove it correct.

I wouldn't say that it has 'influenced my life'.But it certainly has given me some perspective about what people believe and has reinforced the reasons why I don't.Not that I need reinforcement. But mostly it has given me a chance to share with others the good news. The good news of Atheism.
