I've heard that animals respond well to names that end with the 'ie' or 'ee' sound. I couldn't tell you how true it is, but it's one thing to consider. The next would be to think about the name she has now, and possibly feminize it as much as possible. If she's 'Pablo' now, maybe change it to 'Polly', so she'll be more readily able to adapt to the name change. If there's nothing close to the name she has now that you like that fits, start thinking of why you called her 'Pablo' in the first place. Is there a cultural connection? Was there a character in a movie that you liked called 'Pablo'? Whatever the reason, it may help you choose another, more suitable name for you girl kitten. P.S....Movies, cartoons, books and TV shows are all gold mines for pet names. We can hook our animals up with names that we can't quite give our kids, because we don't have to send our pets to school, y'know?

I wouldn't change it. It gives her character, and a cat doesn't know the difference. It will make for an amusing story, especially when you have guests in your house who are meeting her for the first time.

Pabla, Paula or Paloma.
How on earth did you not notice that the cat walking in front of you every day had a vagina? ? ? It is not as though cats wear knickers!!! It is all on display!
