i trully hate him and i am pretty sure he hates me just as much did you have this problem my mum says that this is normal and when we are older this will go away and we will love each other

My sister and I didn't get along when we were about 15, and now we're great friends. How does he hurt you? Does he say mean things? If you react, that's what he wants. So, just laugh at him, or smile mysteriously, like he has spinach on his teeth and you're not going to tell him. If he hurts you physically, tell a teacher.

When your mom said he ' s normal he's play with you when he hurt you you need to get up and hurt him back and give him your best punches it a boy thing to play with you he making sure you wont be a punk in school and the street

My brother used to beat me up when we were younger. I hated him .. still do and it's been many years since that happened.

I dunno, I only see what you wrote here.
Try to see what it is you are doing to provoke his behaviour. Ask him "Why do you act that way?" I bet he'll tell you what it is you are doing you might not even be aware of.
