Whenever I feel like I'm in hell, I try to remember that everything only lasts so long.

What I mean is that when things are really bad, eventually they will get better (unfortunately, it can work the other way too).

Also, there's always a way out, you just have to keep looking for the right angle, be patient, and plan for getting yourself in a better place (not so hellish).

Prayer and alone time helps. If your schedule is packed, you are probably feeling stressed and so take breathers to relax and feel like you are in heaven! A nice bath would cool down those "fires" from hell lol.

I know we have answered so much with so little that now we can answer anything without a question. What is the hell that you want to escape?

My only advice is to not take to heart what you hear when people are sarcastic or mean. Realize that what other people do and think belongs to them. Your own hell is what you make of your circumstances and belongs to you. You have choices about what you decide to think about yourself and others. You can change your thoughts to make life less like hell. It doesn't happen right away. It takes practice and gets easier the more you work at it. And ... you can ask for help from your higher power who loves you unconditionally.

Escaping hell means being supportive of other people rather than sarcastic all of the time. And experiencing support is important as well. We often give to others what we feel we're worth. They often give to us what they feel they're worth. We often see in others what we fear most about ourselves. They often see in us what they most fear about themselves.

There is a way to escape Hell, but the life isn't easier, it's happier, though, consider it.

It's having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It involes reading the Bible, praying and changing how you live your life, but, if you truely want to change for the better it's worth it. Otherwise when you die, you will be in hell forever.

If you want to talk to me personally, please email me. I'll usually answer within a couple of days.

God Bless

Father God, I pray for "Sab to the Rescue" that she may find happiness in this world that is ruled by Satan. I pray that "Sab to the Rescue" will become a fire for you, burning with such passion that will change the lives of her family members and friends.
Father God, show her the way.
In Jesus' Name Amen.

God Bless, Peace and Love in Christ,
Cody Marie

Study Buddhist philosophy. It's pretty smart, helpful stuff. I recommend the book "Buddha Is As Buddha Does". Buddhism doesn't have to be a religion. It's mostly a philosophy.

"This guy's walking down the street when he falls in a hole. The walls are so steep he can't get out. A doctor passes by and the guy shouts up, 'Hey, can you help me out?' The doctor writes a prescription, throws it down the hole, and moves on. Then a Priest comes along, and the guy shouts up, 'Father! I'm down in his hole. Can you help me out?' The Priest writes out a prayer, throws it down in the hole, and moves on. Then a friend walks by. 'Hey Joe! It's me. Can you help me out?' And the friend jumps in the hole. Our guy says, 'Are you stupid? Now we're both down here'. The friend says, 'Yeah, but I've been down here before...and I know the way out'."
~ Story told by Leo McGary in an early episode of _The West Wing_

"The mind is its own place, and in itself
Can make a Heav’n of Hell, a Hell of Heav’n."

The only way to heaven is through Christ. The only way out of Hell is the same...... Christ Jesus.
