If indeed homosexuality is physically based rather than a choice, this does not prove that it is not wrong. Lots of things are physically based that are wrong or sinful--examples would include adultery/lust, the instincts for revenge or to harm others, etc. Homosexuality is a sin, just like many others. It is not unforgivable, but neither does God want people to engage in such behaviors. Irregardless, God loves all His people whom He created.
In Christ,
Christine

God doesn't create Gays. He doesn't really create any of us. It's like the question, 'Did God create everything?' No he didn't. Did he create a Rolex? He created the TOOLS to create everything. He created the first man and woman, and the process of sexual intercourse, they did the rest. In that same way our parents created us when they had sex. Their genes are responsible for our genetic makeup and our experiences in our younger years are responsible for a lot of our behaviour. Being gay is the same as having a weakness for alcohol. You can either choose to indulge or not. It's a weakness like any other. There are vastly different reasons why a gay person may want to have sex and why another person wants to have a drink. Each person believes their reasons are legitamate. For a homosexual it may be lack of intimacy or loneliness. For a drunk it may be severe anxiety or chronic pain. Aren't they both horrible things to have to live with? Being gay just means that you have a weakness sexually. Unfortunately that means that your desires go against the natural purpose of sex - procreation. Like any weakness, be that for alcohol or homosexual sex, it is essentially what we choose to do with it. To indulge? Or to maintain self control? We have to think about the consequences of our actions. Are we hurting anyone by indulging our weakness? Are we hurting ourselves? If the answer to these questions is 100% 'no', then go right ahead. I think that if everything was considered there would definitely be someone that gets hurt in these situations and that comes from my belief in God, not to mention personal experience with the incorrect use of sex (both with men and women). God 'abhores' homosexuality PRACTICE, not homosexuals. He loves them just as much as he loves any human being. And he abhores this practice because it is unhealthy for body, spirit and mind - of the person concerned or for someone else directly or indirectly. Saying God hates homosexuals is the same as saying God hates someone with a drinking problem. It's ridiculous. He loves us all equally. He is hurt by our choices, not by who we are.

Think about it...no sinners in heaven...absolutely none.
We all are born with sin natures.
The Bible completely explains it all.
Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the Father but through the Son.
Sin is sin if you think that one sin is worse or better or more agreeable than any other it is only your vain imagination.
All have sinned and all are born sinners with sin nature we are still accountable for our sins and God is a righteous God.
God is also a merciful God who [paid the penalty of death for all who accept his atonement.
Si is not about one sin but all sins why you are worried for this particular sin is beyond me all people have sinned and it matters not yous sin of choice. The wages of sin is death and God paid that penalty for you.

Yep, that's one thing...but there's plenty of other evidence pointing to both the falsity of the bible and the nonexistence of a deity. Try reading Victor Stenger's "God: The Failed Hypothesis."

God doesn't create "Gays." Period. People are who they are. But to say "God made me wrong" is sheer ignorant. If God made a mistake than he wouldn't be God, no would he?

Does it say that gays are an abomination? Or does it say that sodomy is an abomination?
