you actually CAN'T get rid of your allergies. the only solution (in your current case) is to find another allergy medicine, or to have something done about the trees on your property. this is a common thing across the world, with people being allergic to pollen or dander, so it's nothing serious.

actually, you cannot get rid of it quickly. after getting the allergen ( the thing that caused the allergy - like pollens, chocolates, shrimps) it takes 5 to 7 days to get out of your system.

that's why doctors give you those anti allergy drugs for about 1 week.

and you should be on the hypoallergenic diet too. avoid eggs, chicken, seafoods, citrus, and the likes. cause even with medications, this could blow up your allergies and make it stay for more than the 5 - 7 days i have mentioned.

sticking to both (meds and the hypoallergenic diet) helps. but the most important things is, you should avoid the things you are allergic too.

You did not say what you are allergic to. Identifying the triggers to your allergic reactions is important as you can prevent or minimise your exposure.

Look for natural ways for allergy relief. Herbal remedies also can help. Get more info from this site on allergy attacks

There are some medicine you can purchase over he counter to counter allergies (if they have not yet occurred). They are anti-histamines, loratidine, fexofenadine are some 2nd generation aantihistamines that have fewer side effects. But the best way to counter allergies is to find out what you are allergic to and avoid the allergen. An allergologist specializes in allergies. Try to see one if you can. :-)

ask your parents if it's okay to take benadryl- it's an antihistamine- make sure your not allergic or something first, but otherwise that should help. It might make you drowsy

I'm not a doctor- any advice should be evaluated by your primary care physician.

Why in the crap did you all out there rate these answers bad- you guys suck
