it seems like every other day i like this girl, then the other days i dont at all, what does this mean?

The meaning is very simple,you have some unclear ideas about her.I think she is not 100% with you.Two choices, the first one let heer go,or make your mind and see if you can do something with her.Think aboutm the whole matter and flip the coin.
