yes, but you have to be willing to take care of it. that means if your hair is curly or frizzy and you choose a cute bob, you're going to have to use a blowdryer and flat iron. So take that into consideration when you get the cut. All styles must be maintained if they are not ones that agree with your hair.

The first time you wash your hair, it won't look the same as when you left the shop. Your hair grows approximately 1/2 inch per month, so that is another consideration. The way you care for your hair and the rate of growth are factors in how "professional" it will look.

As long as you keep it maintaned. After the shower for example use a comb. It gives hair less damage then a brush. If u use heat styling suck as a flat iron or blower dryer, consider purchasing Pureology Antifade complex; Superstraight. It is in a blue bottle. You can get it Rite-Aid or others stores and its cheaper than the salon price! It also works great

I believe your hair never looks as good as the day you get it done no matter if it cut or coloured. But maybe asking what products they use when styling and type of shampoo could improve your chances.

Usually not unless you know what you are doing with your hair already. That is why so many women have standing appointments for having their hair done each week. If you pick an easy style, you have a better chance of keeping it up yourself.

Yes if you get a good cut.and make sure they ask you, or you tell them what you are willing to do daily to it to make it look great. example, if you have all one length curly hair and you like the straight, short layerd cut you better be ready to blow it out flat iorn it daily. and I must say you need the right tools.to do those hairstyles, ask your stylist what tools to get.good brand. and good hair product.
