1 oz = 28.349523 g
125 g / 28.349523 g/oz = 4.409245 oz
4.409245 oz / 8 oz/cup = 0.551156 cups
4.409245 oz x 2 tbsp/oz = 8.818490 tbsp
These numbers are approximate and rounded to 6 decimal places. Basically this would be a little more than half a cup, or a little less than 9 tablespoons.

one stick of butter is a 1/2 cup or 113 grams. For 125 grams I would use a 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon.

It will depend on the fruit or veg associated with a comparison. If perhaps you compare a n to a carrot, the carrot is the better of the two nutritional. But once you compare an avocado to the carrot, then your avocado is better. Both equally the apple and avocado, are fruits.

125g is the same as 4½ ounces. About three-quarters of a cup of butter, I'd say.
