I have the phone number to order off of the website (1-800-728-5712). Yet when I call to order it says that the number cannot be completed as dialed, or it's not in service or something. What's going on? I believe it is the number for Canada and the US (I live in Canada).

You can order Proactiv products online from QVC. They have 48 different Proactive items in stock. Just go to www.qvc.com and enter Proactive into the Search, and the product line will come up. It is very easy to open an account with QVC with a charge card.

Did you try to order on line instead of calling or wait until you see another infomercial and see if there's a different number.

dont buy it.... proactiv will dry out your skin if you have dry skin.
- my first recommendation is try to minimize scars anyway you can.
- eat healthy
- and see a dermatologist ; they will prescribe you with really good acne medications like Tretinoin or other types of topicals(creams,gels) that will work better.
- after few weeks you WILL get better skin....I did.
