I eat better and workout 4 times a week. I have enjoyed lifting weights but would like to supplement my workouts. Currently I drink an EAS Myoplex sports drink (lite) after each workout. I am curious if there is any supplement for muscle building or enhancement I could safely take. I'm not a body builder, but would like to continue to develop my upper body. Anybody have any suggestions?

Just stay on a diet high in protein and low in simple carbohydrates that are not natural fruits, vegetables, and grains. That's just saying keep you carbohydrates complex.
