I'm going abroad from the UK for a while. I understand that there is a form you can fill in so that if ou break a leg or get ill you can reclaim treatment costs. Does anyone know what it is called and where to get one?

It's now called a European Health Insurance card and you can apply for it online.

E1 11 is the form but if you are travelling in the EU, then can I suggest you apply for you E1 11 card to travel with, as this will allow you to have emergency treatment, in most EU countries. Carry it with you at all time. You can get the form from the post office.
