The beauty and the love that is around me!
To walk the path
When I feel alone I walk outside
I breathe in deep and take in the life giving air
I feel the gifts that has been given us all
I hear the leaves whisper my name
I feel the love that connects us all
I see the rose and take a sniff
the sweet smell fills my soul
I see the hawk flying free and I am free
I look to the west and the sun says goodbye
with its brilliant colors
I look to the east an the moon raises from its sleep
to start its watch
I hear the owl asking its question
and I know I have much to learn
As I behold all of these gifts
I am reminded I am never alone
Now that I walk nature's true path

I think of God as a kindly old gentleman that does not judge too harshly. Loves each of us dearly, and wishes the best for all of us. Someone that may not like what we do, may wish that we would make better choices, but will love us no matter what. Who will always give us the chance to repent

Since Christians can answer with their handy-dandy super-ultra-2000-year-old-book that knows everything, i will answer with an appropriate quote from 20th century, atheist literature.
-------------------
"You'd better not talk that way about Him, honey," she warned him reprovingly in a low and hostile voice. "He might punish you."
"Isn't He punishing me enough?" Yossarian snorted resentfully. "You know, we mustn't let him get away with it. Oh no, we certainly musn't let Him get away scot-free for all the sorrow He's caused us. Someday I'm going to make Him pay. I know when. On the Judgement Day. Yes, that's the day I'll be close enough to reach out and grab that little yokel by His neck and -"
"Stop it! Stop it!"
"What the hell are you getting so upset about?" he asked her bewilderedly in a tone of contrite amusement. "I thought you didn't believe in God."
"I don't," she sobbed, burting violently into tears. "But the God I don't believe in is a good God, a just God, a merciful God. He's not the mean and stupid God you make him out to be."
Yossarian laughed and turned her arms loose. "Let's have a little more religious freedom between us," he proposed obligingly. "You don't believe in a God you want to, and I won't believe in a God I want to. Is that a deal?"

Honestly, ever since i was a kid, i always imagined GOD to be a male figure, very bright [not white] in fact i pictured him to be like a bright shining male figure with face full of beard. he is very tall and has wrinkles. he also wears a very long piece of white garment. i also sometimes picture him carrying a long stick [not a cane]. he looks old though!

I think he's a cripple, stuck in the prime of his life forever. This is why he never appears on earth. He is badly mutilated, but he (why do we capitalize he? Isn't god supposed to be our friend? i don't capitalize he when i refer to my father, friends, or anyone else) loves us a lot.

I imagine him to look like the classic Jesus that we have all seen in pictures. Although, I'm not sure he really looks like that. Its just the only image I have seen.
