Christians always say we suffer because Satan is working against God, but they also believe that God will defeat Satan....so, instead of God sitting back & letting the innocent be harmed by Satan in his various ways, why doesn't he just get rid of Satan now? Where is the justice in letting children starve to death, or be molested by perverts, or women be tortured by their husbands or wars that cause so much pain & suffering to so many people who did nothing to deserve it, when God is capable of ending the suffering NOW if he wanted to?

"spoken 4", I assume all of that irrelevant bible quoting means you can't actually answer the question?

"superninfreak777" where is the "free will" when children are born into poverty, with no hope of escape due to society's prejudices? Think about India's untouchables. These kids will never escape the massive deprivation they are born into - where's the free will there? Meanwhile, kids in other countries are born into homes that will leave them never wanting for a thing.

Christians - it's questions like this that remain unanswered that cause atheism. If, instead of getting spiteful, and making snide remarks, you actually gave a relevant & meaningful answer, you might find that non-believers are more open minded to your ideas. Aren't you supposed to try to help the unsaved see the light of god?

That is a really good question.
Here is a great Bible for you to study:
Life Application Bible ~ New International Version.
This Bible has commentary on each page to explain what the scriptures mean in an easy-to-understand way.
When you find out the answer, would you mind letting me know. Thanks.
I don't mean to sound flip. I really don't know the answer and I've been studying the Bible for over 20 years. There are still a lot of things that I don't understand. Like the cruelty, poverty, abuse, etc. I hate it, just like you do, but I still know God is real. I was thinking that maybe if you studied it for yourself, you might have a clearer understanding of it. You don't have to be a Christian to research it.
I get furious at God for all of the suffering. And, so far, no one has been able to give me a decent explanation for it. I still believe in God though. I can't help that. He touched my heart in 1979 and I can't deny His presence. I'm a Jew too. I had never read the Bible and was contemplating suicide because I was in an abusive relationship. When God revealed His presence to me, I knew He was real. I had never even read a Bible before. But something happened to me back then so I bought a Bible and researched it. Everything that happened to me and all the feelings I had were just as the Bible said. I was amazed.
I hope you find the answers you're looking for.
Good luck in your journey.

The Bible tells us (2 Peter 3:9) God is delaying the return of Christ (when Satan will be defeated) to the earth to give everybody all the time he possibly can so they will come to Him.
The answers are there if you're willing to see it.

i could want to respond to with yet another question --- why do maximum of of you insist on attempting to push God to convey the main suitable destruction and judgment in the previous he's waiting? that's what this variety of thinking is all approximately...pushing God to convey entire destruction to this earth and its people. Do you no longer understand that devil happens to be mankind? No, needless to say no longer, for the fake church homes have not gotten this or the different certainty and that they instruct all lies. Adam is devil. little doubt approximately this. reliable data, in that he's the only God forged out of Eden for his wickedness. Eze 28. Now God remains waiting for individuals to come back and be born and change to him. in case you insist that he end this in the previous the time, in basic terms think of how many does no longer have an excellent gamble to locate eternal existence and glory? in basic terms what if God had listened to the agnostics 200 years in the past, pushing at God, claiming that he's unable, or does no longer care and could no longer do the factor...yet in basic terms we could evil bypass on and on. Now if God had listened to them, you and that i could never had had an excellent gamble to understand existence or Glory. So enable God on my own. enable him run issues as he on my own is attentive to the way. he gets to it in various of time. after all, he did no longer choose our help, or prodding, to create the international, stars, moons, rivers, etc. See? God does no longer choose our help and he's not in the slightest degree disturbed on the atheists claiming he does no longer exist. He is attentive to that quickly they gained't. yet He consistently will. So be content cloth; seek for God which you will locate eternal existence.

Because that would make God an "Indian Giver." (Sorry, I know it's a PC faux pas.)
God gave man free will to choose. By eliminating God's and man's enemy, God would eliminate free will.

Because it is part of his holy perfect will that such things happened, we do not have his perspective, but he knows the final outcome of things, good things can come from evil.
And what right do we have to judge God's will?

2 Peter • Chapter 3 •
The Day of the Lord
1Dear friends, this is now my second letter to you. I have written both of them as reminders to stimulate you to wholesome thinking. 2I want you to recall the words spoken in the past by the holy prophets and the command given by our Lord and Savior through your apostles.
3First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation." 5But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water. 6By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. 7By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
8But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
10But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.[a]
11Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives 12as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming.[b]That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. 13But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness.
14So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. 15Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. 16He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
17Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position. 18But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
I did answer your question, apparently you didn't take the time to read it.
God's will is that no one perishes, all will be saved.
Who are we to question God's plan?
If satan is destroyed now, do you know how many souls would be lost?
Jesus Christ will destroy satan when He returns.
The point of my answer was to let you know God is patient, so that more people will be saved.
