You have been transported to another dimension, and told there may or may not be a god, and the planet you arrive on has thousands of religions, each one which may or may not be the true path. What do you do, and why?

contrary to popular belief, it is possible for many religions to be the true path. we have the misfortune of having two big ones that claim to be the only path. each person has to decide for himself what his path is. it may align with an existing religion, or it may be an individual thing. the alternate-dimension scenario wouldn't change my beliefs. i'd learn about the gods and spirits of that world and see which ones make the most sense for my path, then find a community to connect with and settle down.

Well, since I already know about this dimension, and that most likely I have the Word with me(if not, I know most of it by heart anyway), I'll show them the TRUE PATH.
Seriously though, seek the truth in ALL matters. So, find out WHY they believe what they believe. What is their source?

Well, most people would be biased by what they already know from this dimension and continue to cling to their dogma of choice.
As for me, I'd learn the basics of the new ones, evaluate, and decide for myself.

well. i'd ask reps of the religions basic questions, & if i like the answers i'm getting i'll keep asking until i'll convert or i won't.
if i'm not satisfied with the answers i'm getting, i'll come back to this dimension & continue living in it :-)

How is that different from life as we know it now? You don't have to travel to another dimension to experience that.

this planet is the same. their are many religions all based on soort of the same concept. i would stick to what i believe in and God cant do anything bad to me because i didn't know.
