what does this mean, well even a broken clock gets to be right twice a day...is it a quote?or what does he mean when he said that?

this is an insult, its a metaphor - meaning , he finds you stupid, you are not smart enough like you cant beat him..that is how i understand...

It normally means that you can't be wrong all the time - but I am not sure what he was trying to say there. Perhaps just an insult.
