Drinking and driving is a serious offense and shouldn't be made fun of! This PSA shows 3 scenes each with a guy behind the wheel with beer up to his chest, another shows the beer up to a guy's neck, and the other...I think you get the idea. A cop steps up to the car, sees the interior of the car filled with beer like it was a lake inside and asks, "Have you been drinking, sir?" The car door opens and all the beer gushes out like the dam just broke! That's the stupidish PSA I've ever seen! The cop can't tell by the looks & the smell that its beer? He can't tell the guy must have been drinking?

The poor guy who got caught probably wanted to say he was having one for the road, but the film crew and the director wouldn't let him say it.

I know its not real alcohol.. but when I see that guy with the martini filled car I want to cry when I see all that good booze spill out!

The commercial is trying to show that you won't get away with driving while drinking. If you notice, one of the drivers is eating breath mints so he won't be caught. The whole idea is that you WILL be caught.

they make it that way on purpose so people will remember that drinking and driving is bad, dangerous, and illegal, and can kill
