It all depends on ur Insurance Company, which you need to call, and what you are being treated for. Things are a bit touchy with Insurance these days, especially with treating a certain Patient with a certain procedure. I went to my Local Hospital this week, and had to get an approval through my 10 year Insurance Company to get approved for a CT Scan. When in doubt, check it out. Good Luck and Take care!

It's best if you check with your insurance company and ask them. They can tell you better than anyone else.
