If I eat healthy, chicken , whole grains, fish ect and no junk food, and I run I feal more groggy and I tire faster. If I eat a pizza or hamburger, I fell like I can run all day and not tire that easy. why is this?

all natural foods are low calorie. you simply need to increase your intake of healthy foods to match the caloric content equivalent to those high calorie food items.

It could be because the junk food is higher in carbohydrates.

How long do you run??

If you are running more than 40 minutes or so, you should eat an energy gel just before your run. They are little packets of gel that you can rip open and eat while you're running and they are almost pure carbohydrates.

Running is a pretty intense activity, your body uses mostly quick stored carbohydrates known as glycogen. If your glycogen stores are low, you will have poor energy during your run. That would explain why the junk food gives you the burst of energy.

If you eat the energy gel, you will get the higher glycogen store without having to eat junk food.

If you are running for long distances, you should consume an energy gel every 30 minutes or so throughout the run. Also, if you are running long distances, your diet should get 50-60 percent of it's calories from carbohydrates like whole grains and vegetables for optimal performance.

because energy,

its ok to have some junk food once in a while, not every day.

and try to eat more fruits, they give you energy

eat something from every food group each day, including sweets (but only one or two things, too much could make you feel woozy) so eat every food group.
