I say create a system that would match up voters with their fingerprints and eye scans. Everyone's is unique, of course there are special circumstances that would need to be addressed.

This would require everyone to register weeks in advance, and if someone has already voted, it would come up.

Also a system that would be able to bring up a person's ballot based on where they are registered. Say I am in Florida on vacation and live in Wisconsin, i could go and vote in Florida, using the eye scan technology as well as fingerprint technology. this would bring up the ballot from the area that I am registered to vote in. It might sound complicated, but it is doable.

The problem isn't making it more streamline and reliable. The sad reality is that less than half of eligible voters are registered to vote. I'm surprised some sharp businessman hasn't made a fortune selling t-shirts which read:
"I'm An American! I Don't Care About Apathy!"
