If you broke a vow to the Holy Spirit then you broke a vow with God. Lets use the word promise, like God I'll never do that again I promise. Two weeks later.....promise broken. If you truly have faith then you would still be saved by grace, not by works.

I do not know what you would concider a "vow" to The Holy Spirit... but I can tell you that if one has truly come to God in The Way He prescribes and received his free gift of Salvation... then that individual is assured of entry into Heaven... All have sinned and fallen short of The Glory of God.... but all who have received their Salvation have the knowledge that their sin debt has been paid... and that God's Word will not be broken...

But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin.
—Mark 3:29, NIV

lucky for anyone who blasphemes against the holy spirit that christianity is nothing more than an assimilation of older pagan rituals and myths

Yes, they would still be saved. That is they would still be saved if they were a born again Christian to begin with.

Hebrews 10:11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.

John 3:3 Jesus answered him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God."

They should confess and repent of making vows since Jesus told us not to do that.

Matthew 5:33 "Again you have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform to the Lord what you have sworn.' 34 But I say to you, Do not take an oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, 35 or by the earth, for it is his footstool, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. 36 And do not take an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. 37 Let what you say be simply 'Yes' or 'No'; anything more than this comes from evil.

Depends what you mean by vow. And, faith is not what gets you into heaven only, you have to ask for the forgiveness of your sins also. If you did break a vow, and that caused you to sin or that in itself was a sin, then if they asked to be forgiven of it honestly, then they would be going to heaven
