basically with out having the benefits that regular exercise has on the endocrine system your diet would have to be near perfect. which would mean eating balanced meals 4-5 time daily, and consuming only whole foods.

it's never a good idea to lose weight really fast, anyway it will only be water not real fat

Nothing does,
you need to exercise if you want to lose weight..but please do not become anorexic or bulimic its just unhealthy. You probably don't need to lose weight, so don't panic.
