You have to train yourself to last longer and you can start yourself when you are masturbating. You need to get yourself very close and wait...rinse... repeat... Just keep training yourself to make it last longer. You'll be amazed with the results in the end.
If you are having sex with a woman, when you get close... to make it last longer, you can always provide the oral favors to your partner. I don't think you'll EVER get turned down for that.

Slow down. Take long slow strokes. It will prevent you from getting too stimulated. Also, distract yourself. Concentrate on a news article or sports event you watched and get your mind away from the moment. The longer you can last for your woman the higher you can raise her enjoyment.

You have to train you body to last longer. Its just too much sexual stimulation for you at once. After a few times, your body will be used to the stimulation and thus lasting longer. Also more lube will help you in the long run.
