i know you can do it on photoshop... but i dont have photoshop. are there any other programs (that i can download for free) that work just as well?
or can i get a free trial of photoshop somewhere?

I've heard this program GIMP is similar to Photoshop:

I've never used it though, so I can't say for sure. Otherwise try searching Download.com for free or trial imaging programs.

Try paint shop pro. It is really easy to use. Their are several tutorials on the internet to help you.

First use your magic wand on the toolbar to select the area you want to colorize. When you are finished click on the adjust tab, go to hue and saturation, then colorize. Adjust it to the color you want. All done! :)

just navigate yourself around the site and ull find a program that works
