I'm a student too......and 37 years old with kids. I know how it is.
What you can do is start exercising. I know...it seems you don't have the time for it with school and everything else you have to do, but 30 minutes a day is all you need. Get up early enough in the morning to do this before you start your day and it'll charge you up better for the rest of the day.
Another thing you can do is change your diet. If you're eating cafeteria food on campus, you're most likely not getting what you need to increase stamina. Try cutting out the fried foods, things covered in oil and fat and sugar. Lower the amount of starches you eat and increase the fresh fruits and vegetables. Good foods you could eat are strawberries, cantaloupe, broccoli, beans (black are good) with rice, tomatoes with olive oil (lightly use), grapes and pomegranates (or juice) are a good start.
Do this and in the meantime, learn to like coffee. A cup or two in the morning might give you a needed boost as you work on raising your body's stamina. The most important thing is the exercise though. That's a must if you want to increase stamina.
Good luck.

There are a variety of things you can do to increase your stamina.... first and foremost you must get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. It is also very important to eat a nutritious breakfast. You say your diet is ok, but I suspect you aren't getting enough foods with B vitamins in your diet as they can help give you more stamina. B vitamins come from green leafy vegatables and whole grains. Make an effort to eat less junk food and include more salads and fruits into your diet. You may also consider taking a good multivitamin each day. The other thing is you indicated you ae supposed to study 7-8 hours each day?? I'm not sure what you are studying but it sounds a bit excessive. I found when I was studying that I would break up my study sessions into 1-2 hour chunks. In between I would take a break, have a snack, go for a walk or even have a quick nap if you are at home or in your dorm. Then go back to studying and you will feel fresher and able to tackle it again for another chunk of time. You might be asking too much of your concentration if you want to study for 7 hours consecutively.

Have you tried taking breaks in between and then coming back to studying? Sometimes all you need is some time away, a good walk down the street, something else to put your mind at ease for a while. I've never had to study for 7-8 hours but I know these things can work.

I read the answers already given you and they are good, but at your age you should probably check with a doctor too. You want to make sure you don't have mononucleosis which is known old time as the "kissing disease". It's very prevalent at this age and can affect your liver. Too, lots of people are getting chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. So do the things recommended, they are important, but make sure 1st it's not something more serious.

Discipline yourself by finding out your prime time for learning and take breaks as needed. Be creative by trying different things because all of us are different. I study right before going to bed and at 3:00am until 5:00am and everything is retained in my memory.

nobody can study and retain anything for 7 to 8 hours a day. 2-3 hours at a time is good. don't push it or else you won't remember anything.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?E172
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
