Hi, I met a guy on ebay and we agreed to trade putters, i sent my putter and he never sent his. There is no proof that any transaction was made, is there anything that i can do? He also bought a cover off of me and that was with pay-pal. So the only proof of a transaction was 30 dollars for a cover? What should i do? Thank You.

did you use delivery confirmation for your delivery? if not, if you have a recipet, keep it, print up the email, and contact the local police and file mail fraud charges. or email the guy first and tell him that you will be filing those charges if he does not send you a delivery confirmation number for the putter he owes you. if he doesnt reply, or y ou dont get the packages. take the email and receipt for your putter being shipped to your local police department and file the charges. mail fraud isnt something to be taken lightly. maybe also print out the paypal page with him buying the cover for the putter you mailed him, it cant hurt. good luck man, hope it works out for ya. in the future always use delivery confirmation, and go through ebay, or have something written out (like the email you have)

The deal was outside of ebay so the only option you have
is to try and contact him to send you the putter. Does he have alot of negative feedback? If he was the party that suggested the trade you might could contact e-bay and let them know what he did. This does not really help you but might help others.
