Not for most things, unless a small focussing error or accommodative or binocular effort is causing you fatigue or eyestrain, which can happen (especially with a small astigmatic Rx) independently of the 20/x acuity.
But it largely depends on you.
I've had people, non-drivers, perfectly happy with 20/60 or worse.
And once gave some very successful glasses to someone who already had 20/17. I got him to 20/14 which he found wonderful when competing in the world model power-boat championships. But that was the *only* time he wore his glasses!

If you have enough astigmatism that it is bothering you to drive then possibly but 20/25 is pretty darn close to perfect. Did the doctor write you a prescription? If so....did s/he say that you would benefit from the Rx? 20/25 is not a prescription for glasses it just represents how well you see without corrective lenses. A prescription will read something like OD -.25 -1.00 165 and OS sph. -.50 (of course different numbers and combos depending on your need).

No. Not yet any way.Wait a year then you will, I have 20/30 in right eye and 20/100 vision in my left. You don't need them yet. I do.... I am getting a pair this Friday. Good luck...
