I live in a townhome which the association requires that patio door replacements must conform with the rest of the units. After conferring with a number of window stores, it appears that my patio door (circa 1996) is no longer produced. So essentially, I am in need of a custom solution... made to order patio doors. Help!

you can try different manufacturers and most will be able to custom make a door for you to your specs.

these are just a few to choose from some might have a dealer close to your location.

Get ready to pay a LOT of money. Custom exterior patio doors are not cheap. We want to get 3 foot wide french doors (15" each door). Pella wanted $3000 for them. Try to find a close enough approximation that is not custom and go in front of the board and get a waiver.
