I read an article talking about fish oil supplements and how they help to burn stubborn belly fat, along with a good diet and exercise. Has anyone ever tried this? Any wierd side effects? And if so, where can I find these supplements?

I take fish oils to help me with my IQ. Taking fish oil stimulates growth of the frontal lobes and aids in memory function.

I haven't heard about it being used to lose weight, but I'm sure it works if that's what you read.
