no--there is no cure for a cold except to wait it out. If that was a cure we would all know about it

It doesn't if you're in fever. If your temperature is normal, yes it can help a lot. Running helps to clean your nose, throat and lungs. But the most important is to prevent colds through running, as your immune system gets stronger and colds rarely will disturb you anymore.

It depends. Exercise can help as long as there is no viral infection. You have to be very sure you do not have a fever, swollen glands, sinus infection. If you exercise and it is not just a pure cold you will get sicker.

No...you'll just exaust yourself worse. Your body is suppose to slow down when your sick...its working over time to beat the cold. Just rest and let your body do the work.. It know what its doing.
