I cook at home , much better than going out to eat. When we do go out it is always to fabulous place where the food is of the best quality and made from scratch. Virginia has some nice places to eat out.

we ate ice cream from the local dairy around 3:30pm then I made supper at 7:30. Whole grain couscous salad with chopped veggies and garlic Tandoori naan. It was healthy and delicious. Of course tomorrow I'll have to even that out and make spaghetti and meatballs.

We had a cook out tonight.
YUM- We grilled steaks and had baked potatoes with an apple ring and ice cream for dessert.

Fixed a nice Chicken and Turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese slices on Sourdough bread.

Went to Applebee's tonight. The food was terrible, I was so pissed. I ordered crispy buttermilk shrimp, it cost $10.99. It should've been $5.00. I never liked Applebee's anyway but my mom wanted to go there, so I obliged. They lost me tonight, I don't want to go to a restaurant if I'm all going to get is terrible food.

Umm... its only 6:30. but I am sitting here on the internet and sent my husband out to go pick something up. Still not sure what he's going to bring...but its ok, I didn't have to get up! lol

I ate in and had left overs from last saturday which my fiance froze. He made Chicken parm, and it's just as good this week.
