My 1 year old has been saying "gita,gita" over and over again. Is that the hindu word for "God"? I know some of you will say she is just making sounds...maybe, but maybe not.

It could be the name of her Spirit Guide or even a Angel that comes to visit with her

Yeah I may not be Hindu but one year old will say things
and ask questions, trying to understand
But I learned something
Gita Gita is indeed Hindu
and it is religion spirituality
with those two words I may be thinking of God

I suppose every sound a 1-year-old makes is a word in some language or another. I wouldn't get too flipped out over it.
This is like finding a picture of Jesus on your toast or the face of the virgin Mary in the bark of a tree outside.

Years ago, and experiment was done trying to discover the "language of god" by raising kids in silent environments until they spoke. Amazingly, every kid first spoke a word from the language of the observers....

Is she hindu? Otherwise I'd say she's making sounds. The first thing I ever said was "Momo", It doesn't mean I was saying "Peaches" in Japanese.

No. No one-year-old will have any conception of god. Nor will the child have such as it grows unless some adult tells it the myths.

MY youngest son, used to say KEMO to
everything...they just don't know the words yet...so they call everything the same thing...
and my grandson does the same thing now..
his is mmm-ba...!! lol
