i know thats not a real word but i dont care :P

I wanna focus on my martial arts and boxing more but i dont want to lose the muscle i have gained by lifting wieghts a lot.

what is the minimum amount of wieghts i have to do to keep the muscle i have now?

only a drastic decrease in nutrition and calories would cause a loss of muscle mass. how much of a decrease you see in functional strength depends really on your starting strength levels and the progress that you have made.

That's a question that we can't answer because we don't know what you've been doing. You have worked out a certain way to get where you are, you will have to keep working to keep it there, no way around it.
If you were to take a look at the boxers and martial arts professionals, you would see their weight training is very intense. We have such a guy at our club. He has very intense workouts and teaches these things. I'm afraid it comes with the territory.
