It usually means you are deficient in calcium and magnesium. Get a bottle from Walmart, the calcium, magnesium and zinc combo (because they are all 3 meant to work together).

You should take one at night and you should see a difference in just one or two nights. Works for both me and my husband. Most people think it is "a" nerve, but you need the combo to have all of your nerves healthy. Make sure you eat more salads and veggies to replenish these naturally.

And a glass of milk at night, cold or warm, or a bowl of cereal, also helps.

Good Luck. : )

There's this new syndrome I have been hearing a lot about lately like on commercials and stuff. It's called Restless Leg Syndrome. Maybe that's what u got. I believe it happens mostly at night. Look it up and see what u can find. I am sure lots of people have things like this happen to them. I even do.

If it does it once or twice and u go back to sleep its normal.

If it does it repeatedly, disturbing your sleep and causing you to feel as if you HAVE to walk, it could be restless leg syndrome. You will need to see your doc.
Good luck!
