need photoshop or a similar program?

i want to get a photoshop program or something that will let me edit pictures. really don't need anything fancy and i don't have much time to sit down and learn to use it. any suggestions?

Microsoft Picture It. Photoshop CS3 is too expensive and if you don't want all those bells and whistles try the Picture IT

If you are a beginner you might want to use paint shop pro to manipulate images . It is really easy to use. It usually comes with jasc animation shop3 to create animation if you want to use it in the future. Their are several tutorials on the internet to help you.

well, if you have a mac, iphoto comes with it, i dont know about any other ones.
