They are equally bad;-{ despite different formulae.
In fact, all soda pop drinks are a major cause of obesity.
Even those without sugar, i.e. diet, are actually worse.

In order to loose weight, cut out all soda. The fake sugars in the diet is worse for your body than the regular. What I do is cut it out of my daily diet, but I let myself have a regular coke every now and then. In moderation, it's okay! I notice a big difference in my tummy from when I'm in a drinking-coke-phase, and a not-drinking-coke-phase.

That is like asking "What is worse, a tumor in the right kidney or a tumor in the left kidney?"
Neither Coke nor Pepsi is very good for you.

Coke gives me terrible heartburn (it's the only food/drink that gives me heartburn), so for me, Coke is worse.
Health wise, they are both equally bad.

I don't think 1 is worse than the other. They are both about the same.

They will both eat a whole in you and load you up with simple sugars. Instead try mixing soda water and your favorite juice to get a healthy drink that you will enjoy. I enjoy cran/grape juice with no sugar added and since soda water contains no sugar you will feel alot better about drinking it next time.
