If you sincerely feel you must loss that
Limit your meals: 1 maybe 2 a day
Exercise: Jogging, weight lifting, and just stretching (remember to warm up and cool down)
You may feel worn out the first couple of days from the restriction of food, but remember to eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, and meat VERY IMPORTANT!
Discipline and Control: I know that cheesecake looks good. But have a piece that is half the size of a usual one.
When fasting as such don't over do that work out, your body can't handle it, and you may/will pass out.
Watch what you're eating... and eat slowly, you'll fill up fast.
Drink really cold water, you body burns calories trying to warm it up.
If this sounds like an eating disorder or something, I'm sorry, But it works, and eat in front of people, and don't use the restroom right after you eat... they'll get suspicious.

Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight.
The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

Seiously lower your food intake, particularly carbohydrates. Eat a moderate amount of meat, lots of leafy vegetables. Exercise 45 minutes to an hour a day. Hold calorie intake to about 200-300 calories a meal (I know you will snack in between; women must take in 1500-1800 calories a day when not dieting, less to lose weight, much less.). Find out how many calories in everything you take. Take a fiber supplement (Metamucil) with a 8 oz. of water at least twice a day. Take a multi-Vitamin. You may want to take dietary supplements as well depending on your health, such as Flaxseed oil or fish oil. Always have a good physical before dieting. Know your health.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Believe it or not, a lot of the time, if you simply drink lots of water (like you are supposed to, but no one does), you generally lose water weight quickly. Your body stores the liquid it gets much more when it is not getting enough. If you drink lots of water (probably 2 litres/day (about 2 pints I think)), you can lose five pounds of water weight as your body will release the water that it was holding on to.

and work out...wake up at like...7 in the morning and run, ride ur bicycle if you have 1, go to a basketball cort and shoot some balls...
and if u want to some yoga

ummm well im not very skinny myself, but i can tell u sum things that kinda helped me... i just nvr stuck to it, so u hav to try and b faithful! take two chronium picolinate each day, idk wut it does, but your suppose to take it! jog and walk a little, and do at least 30 sit ups each night! hope this is of ne help, and if actually works, email or IM me back! p.s. the sit ups are required, cause when i started it, about a couple days later, i was asked if i had been loosing weight!

starve yourself.. but serously I have been on my own diet for about 4 weeks now and it is working really well.
I Am almost at my desired weight.
this is what I did/do. Ok, wake up late, skip breakfast (BOOM saves you like 400 caleries atleast. for lunch try just eating noodles or osmething really light (300 caleries tops)
then for dinner I am not saying you can eat 50 chicken wings, but you can eat like 900 caleries and still be UNDER what you should be eating.
