I just made the role as Romeo in the school play "Romeo and Juliet." And I am supposed to kiss juliet on the lips twice. Shes a really cute girl and I thought it would be fun to do it on stage, but not in real life because she has a boyfriend and I respect that. Well today she told another girl in the play that she is really bummed out that she got the part of Juliet and she has to kiss me. Then the girl went on to say that she told her that I was a nice guy, but thinks that I am disgusting.
I was her partner for auditions and she had no problem being as grabby with me and seductive as possible. I've had a lot of girlfriends and don't think that I am good looking, but I dont think I am disgusting. It could be the girl who told me this could have made it up, because I have had fights with her in the past about things and we aren't really on good terms.
I guess what I am trying to ask is, should I ask her how she feels about me, or should I try to fake the kiss as much as

possible. Im feeling really worthless right now, and I don't want her to kiss me if she doesn't want to. I know im not Brad Pitt or anythin, but its for a show. It said 'will you be willing to perform a stage kiss?' right on the audition form!

Don't be so resistent to kissing women on stage, Lost. It's just acting, at least in intention. If you don't even pretend to kiss the girl, you'll ruin the play. Let her be the way she is. She's obvisouly interested in you as herself, and intersted in you as Romeo, too. Give into it, kid! It's ok.

In the legends of stage kissing, among the most dispised of actors are the ones who try open mouthed and french kissing when it is not planned or called for. So you should be doing "fake" kissing no matter what.
The director and the conditions of the staging might determine how open or concealed the kiss might be ("he tips her chin up and kisses her on the lips" is open. "He gathers her in his arms holds her close as their faces come together" is closed.)
If it were me, I would be direct and say to the actress, "I have been told that you have a problem kissing me on stage and since we have to it, can we work it out?" Perhaps with the director on hand if you trust the director.
If you find the girl very edgy and don't feel like being direct, then the indirect approach of "I feel uncomfortable about how we might do these two kisses and think [for example] that we might just barely touch on the first and be very chaste but hold it longer on the second." It partly depends on how much the director is emphasizing the aspect of "these two are only 13-15 and innocent in love" and how much the aspects of "these are rough and tumble guys teasing each other about their female conquests" which seems less likely in school production.

You're an actor, right? If she's any kind of professional she won't make a big fuss about kissing you and will just get over it; I suggest you do the same! It shouldn't matter that this ONE particular girl doesn't find you attractive; that's her problem! Just get on that stage and do what you do best. (: Best of luck!

That's why they call it acting. The show must go on. What you are experiencing is cold feet. All actors get that. The sooner you get over it the better the actor you will be.

talk to her about it,
tell her its just a show kiss,
and if she doesn't want to do it,
and is uncomfortable with doing it,
tell her to drop out!
Cause its only a play,
Its not real life,
tell her to grow up!

Your job is to act so just do what you are suppose to do instead of worrying about it.

JIMMY SAY THAT IF SHE DOESNT WANNA KISS YOU THEN SHE IMMATURE. SHE SHOULD GIVE THE PART TO SOMEONE THAT DESERVES IT AND IS WILLING TO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. JIMMY SAY YOU FEED HER TOOTHPASTE.
