I agree...last time anyone talked mono-e-mono with God was with a burning bush...other than that, it's all angels or prophets...I think if He's up there...He left us to our own devices to do what we want....

God is still moving powerfully in the world today. Why don't you go into a Christian bookstore and get testimony books to read. You'll find modern day miracles in all of them. One I would particularly recommend is 'Chasing the Dragon' about the way God used Jackie Pullinger in the Walled City in Hong Kong, now demolished because of God's work through her there. Try to get hold of something by or about Smith Wigglesworth and the way God used Him in Revival and healing ,or about Duncan Campbell and revival in the Isle of Lewis. God is very much alive and wide awake. I have received miraculous healing from Him myself twice. God bless :)

God is actually still very active. Miracles happen all over. Healings are actually very common. You can perform any kind of miracle if you have complete faith and expectancy of God. Blessings to you.

You are looking for massive miracles as stated in the bible. I know many people will tend to disagree with this next statement........these miracles have been exaggerated, therefore leaving many people skeptics of what is real and what is fantasy. Miracles happen everyday, you have to be open to seeing them and recognize Divine intervention.

Our planet is severed from the spiritual circuits, because of Lucifer's rebellion. Meaning, we don't feel the pull of Heaven strongly here. Many things were occurring in the OT days. More than most Christians realize.
God is here within each and every one of us. We all have his divine spark.

It wouldn't be faith at that point. Plus even when Jesus was on earth and doing miracles, some people didn't believe.
